EASY RECYCLED REINDEER ORNAMENT CRAFT FOR KIDS TO MAKE

This recycled reindeer ornament craft is a fun and easy Christmas project that kids will love! Use supplies you probably already have on hand to make ornaments for your tree and that kids can give as gifts.

MATERIALS – Cardboard – Large plastic lid or jar to use as a circle template – Dark and light brown acrylic paint – Paintbrush – Googly eyes – Red plastic lid – Mini popsicle sticks – White glue – Scissors – String or ribbon

INSTRUCTIONS 1. Use a template to draw circles on cardboard. A large plastic lid or a jar works well for this.

2. Paint the circles with brown acrylic paint and let it dry completely. You can choose to paint both sides but this is not necessary.

3. Paint the mini popsicle sticks with light brown acrylic paint. You will need to paint four popsicle sticks for each ornament.

4. Glue the popsicle sticks together with white glue to make the antlers, like in the photos above. Let them dry and then glue the antlers to the back of the reindeer.
